You can address people different and retarget people or visitors with special customized ads , that make them feel its a personal message.

You can also create bots that interact with these custom audiences.

So first of all you need to setup your facebook business manager account
Then you need to add your page to the account and connect your user and payment method.
After this you can grab the facebook pixel of that page
You can setup audiences for that page.
You can copy the facebook pixel code into the header code section of your funnel .
You do this by going to the settings tab of the funnel and paste the code in the header code field.

Special facebook events need to be pasted on the specific pages.
So a lead event should be on the optin page.
A customer event should be on the shopping cart
